Lowe’s is hiring a part-time Field Store Associate to drive sales and customer engagement in the Paint and Pro departments at its Athens, Tennessee store. The role includes customer service, product recommendations, lead generation, merchandising, paint tinting and mixing, training associates, and supporting in-store promotional events. The position works weekdays, afternoons, and weekends based on business needs and requires the employee to be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to lift up to 70 pounds on occasion.
