Lowe’s is hiring a part-time Field Store Associate to drive sales and customer engagement in the Paint and Pro departments at Store #103 in Bryan, Texas. The role includes customer service, product recommendations, tinting and mixing, merchandising, sales-support activities, training associates, and maintaining store appearance and inventory standards. The position works weekdays, afternoons, and weekends based on business needs and requires the employee to be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds on occasion.
