Description
The Field Superintendent will manage commercial construction projects from start to finish at a fully on-site Portland, Oregon project. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, subcontractors, and craft employees; maintaining schedules; enforcing safety protocols; resolving design and constructability issues; ensuring compliance with permits, codes, specifications, and contracts; coordinating with clients and design professionals; and supporting staffing and cost estimating. The role requires at least five years of construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, familiarity with construction specifications and document reading, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, project management software, and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
