Bechtel is hiring a Field Superintendent for a long-term camp assignment in Pecos, Texas to provide onsite leadership for civil construction activities on a major gas-fired power generation project supporting data center energy demand. The role focuses on balance-of-plant building erections, supervising craft labor and subcontractors, planning work, tracking cost and schedule performance, enforcing safety and quality, using current design documents, coordinating constructability issues with engineering and design, and leveraging automation tools and project procedures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent plus extensive relevant field construction experience, including prior field superintendent experience with building erections, knowledge of codes and standards, and competency with heavy lifts and construction software/processes.
