Nox Group is seeking a passionate Field Superintendent to lead dynamic teams and drive excellence in construction across various projects in the Southwest. The role involves emphasizing safety and quality standards, supporting and developing Foremen, assisting with survey and layout needs, aiding in project schedule development, preparing work plans, understanding budgeted values, managing crew sizing, ensuring accurate reporting by Foremen, coordinating QC processes, participating in meetings, and promptly addressing field issues.
