Description
Nox Group is looking for a Field Superintendent to lead dynamic teams and drive excellence in data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role involves emphasizing safety and quality, supporting and developing Foremen, assisting with project schedule development, preparing work plans, understanding budgeted values, ensuring efficient crew sizing, and managing reporting and documentation. The Field Superintendent also leads QC processes, participates in meetings, reports field issues, assists with lift drawing development, develops client relations, and ensures safe execution of hazardous energy control.
