Description
The Construction Field Manager manages day-to-day construction activities, supervises craft employees and subcontractors, coordinates field scheduling, and oversees safety, quality, cost, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities. The role may supervise one or more craft groups or scopes of work, supports shop drawings, RFIs, LEAN planning, risk management, and project reporting, and may participate in preconstruction and business development. It requires at least two years of supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, along with knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control.
