Description
The Construction Field Manager manages day-to-day construction activities, supervises craft employees and subcontractors, coordinates field scheduling, and oversees safety, quality, cost, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities. The role may supervise one or more craft groups or scopes of work, supports preconstruction and business development, and includes three progressive steps with Step I requiring at least two years of supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures. The position requires strong communication, construction scheduling, cost-control, and safety-management skills, along with the ability to wear personal protective equipment and perform physical field work.
