Description
The OSM Field Superintendent oversees offsite manufacturing construction activities at the project site, coordinating superintendents, subcontractors, and craft workers; managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, safety, permitting, design issues, contractor performance, and field staffing. The role requires at least five years of mechanical or multidiscipline construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to work both in the office and on the job site. The annual salary range is $162,400.00 to $179,200.00 depending on experience.
