Description
Hoffman Construction is hiring a Field Superintendent to lead the layout, planning, and execution of a high-tech manufacturing facility project near Boise, Idaho. Reporting to the Project Superintendent, the role supervises subcontractors and craft employees, manages the project schedule, enforces safety protocols, resolves design and constructability issues, supports cost estimates, and coordinates with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. The position is fully at the project site and requires a swing/night shift. The salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 plus incentives, with a requirement for at least 10 years of combined construction experience, large-scale industrial or high-tech experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in a relevant engineering or construction management discipline.
