Description
The Field Superintendent will lead the layout, planning, and execution of an assigned scope for a hyper-scale data center project near Childress, Texas. Reporting to the Project Superintendent, the role coordinates superintendents and subcontractors, supervises craft employees, manages the project schedule, enforces safety protocols, resolves design and constructability issues, supports cost estimates, and collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. The position is fully at the project site, requires swing/night shifts, and offers a salary range of $90,000 to $160,000 plus per diem and incentives.
