Description
The Construction Field Supervisor manages day-to-day construction activities, supervises craft employees and subcontractors, coordinates field scheduling, and oversees safety, quality control, cost control, risk management, environmental controls, and project reporting. The role may supervise one or more craft groups or scopes of work, supports preconstruction and business development, and requires at least two years of supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures. The position involves field work, physical activity, and various shifts including swing, night, and weekends.
