Description
Northwest Ambulance is hiring a Field Supervisor to provide frontline operational leadership for assigned EMS units in a high-volume interfacility transport and 911 response system. The role supervises crews, manages deployment and staffing, monitors CAD status and EMS response and turnaround KPIs, supports clinical protocol compliance, reviews patient care reports, oversees fleet readiness, handles incidents and performance issues, and completes evaluations. The position works the 1800–0600 shift on a full-time 2/2/3 Panama rotation, requires Washington EMT or Paramedic certification, at least three years of field EMS experience and one year of leadership experience, and pays $35.39–$44.27 per hour.
