Description
The Field Supervisor - Janitorial directly oversees janitorial employees on a designated account or shift, supervises cleaning operations, maintains productivity and customer-service standards, manages keys and access cards, coordinates equipment and supplies, and supports administrative and staffing functions. The role is a standing and driving post with terminal, ramp, and cargo-area patrols, scheduled for the first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and pays $23.00–$24.00 per hour. Two years of janitorial supervisor experience is preferred and required, along with proven ability to manage a large team.
