The role is primarily field-based, requiring travel, driving, inspections, customer interaction, and adherence to safe work practices. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing 30+ team members, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus bonus potential and benefits.
