Description
The Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations, plumbing installations, maintenance, quality control, safety, scheduling, and technician performance for commercial and residential projects. The role supervises field technicians, leads, and apprentices; conducts site inspections and audits; coordinates materials and staffing; mentors and trains field staff; and reports project status to leadership. Candidates need at least five years of plumbing installation and service experience, supervisory experience, plumbing-code knowledge, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan proficiency, and journeyman-level competency or equivalent qualifications.
