CLEAResult is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for conducting energy audits, installing energy-efficient equipment, and verifying installations. This role involves reviewing inspection results, troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as a local representative to encourage program participation. The supervisor will travel across a defined territory using a company-provided vehicle.
