Description
The Field Supervisor leads and manages teams of electricians on commercial and industrial electrical projects, overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs. The role coordinates scheduling, materials, equipment, contractors, quality assurance, project close-outs, client relationships, and performance evaluations while maintaining required licensing and training. Applicants must have completed an approved electrical apprenticeship program, have at least four years of field supervision or management experience, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technology skills.
