Home Instead is hiring a Field Care Supervisor to provide ongoing training, supervision, mentoring, and support to Care Professionals across Exeter and East Devon. The role involves shadow visits, competency assessments, introductions, welfare and disciplinary support, client and family relationship building, recordkeeping, and participation in an on-call rota and weekend work. It is available full or part time and requires a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, vehicle access, care-staff supervision experience, and strong communication skills.
