Description
Inframark is hiring an hourly Field Supervisor to manage community center and pool-area operations, conduct field inspections of common areas, irrigation systems, landscaping, and pool equipment, respond to resident complaints, coordinate with vendors and contractors, maintain records and clubhouse rental contracts, and issue amenity access FOBs. The role includes a 10:00 a.m. start, approximately two hours of field work, and administrative duties, with health, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and a wellness plan. No degree or license is required, and employment is contingent on background screening, drug testing, and driving-record review where applicable.
