Description
The Field Supervisor will oversee field delivery for telecommunications construction and installation work in Wetherill Park, New South Wales. The role focuses on day-to-day site supervision, coordinating subcontractor crews and field resources, controlling work orders, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, on time, and in line with client, quality, and operational requirements. It is a site-based delivery role centered on execution, quality assurance, and right-first-time completion rather than broader program management.
