Description
The Field Supervisor supervises and controls the execution of field activities, coordinates human resources, materials, and equipment, and monitors progress, productivity, quality, safety, compliance, and project objectives. The role reports deviations and requirements to the Field Manager and requires a construction or related engineering background plus 2 to 4 years of supervisory and execution experience, along with experience leading field teams and coordinating contractors or subcontractors.
