Description
The Field Supervisor leads a team of Field Representatives conducting Census Bureau and survey-sponsor data collection, directs interview and data-collection activities, recruits and trains representatives, conducts interviews when needed, and evaluates and mentors performance. The role requires travel throughout assigned local and surrounding areas, a mixed-tour schedule, and may include evening or weekend work. Applicants must be 18 or older, U.S. citizens, maintain county residency, meet physical and communication requirements, and have one year of specialized experience in interviewing, data collection, production standards, and procedural guidance.
