Description
Miller Environmental Group is hiring a full-time Field Supervisor in Paulsboro, New Jersey, to lead day-to-day environmental, industrial, and remediation field operations. The role supervises foremen, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials; enforces safety, OSHA, environmental, DOT, and fleet compliance; coordinates with project managers and clients; maintains documentation; and supports emergency response, scheduled work, travel, and on-call duties. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of progressive field experience in environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, waste management, construction, or a similar field, plus supervisory or project-management experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and required safety and technical training. Compensation starts at $30 per hour, with overtime, weekend, and holiday pay, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and life insurance benefits.
