Mann Wireless is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead small teams of technicians, installers, and subcontractors on active construction sites, coordinate schedules and real-time decisions, enforce RF codes and safety standards, communicate with project managers and clients, and report progress. The role requires substantial RF/telecom field experience, leadership and problem-solving ability, physical readiness, and a valid driver’s license; travel across New York, northern New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts is common. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, performance bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, and covered travel expenses, with compensation of $35-$45 per hour.
