Inetum is hiring a Field Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for a client in Lisbon. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining devices and peripherals, updating systems, and collaborating with remote teams on complex incidents. Candidates should have information technology training, 1–2 years of technical support experience, knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach; Microsoft, Cisco, and ITIL certifications are a plus. The position is 100% on-site.
