Behavioral Framework is hiring a Field Support BCBA to provide clinical support for home-based ABA programs throughout the region. The role involves supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians, providing parent training and case supervision, conducting ABLLS, AFLS, and VB-MAPP assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and professionals. The position requires Maryland residency and licensure, BCBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, ABA methodology experience, and travel to client homes four to five nights per week. Compensation is up to $100,000 plus bonus potential, with health, dental, vision, retirement, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off.
