Inetum is hiring a Field Support Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a technical support team while providing hands-on end-user support. The role combines team coordination, incident management, customer communication, workload planning, and on-site and remote IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software, deploying operating systems, patching networks, and maintaining ticketing records. Candidates need IT support or field services experience, Windows and macOS knowledge, networking and ticketing familiarity, strong communication skills, English fluency, a valid Portuguese driving license, and availability to travel between customer sites.
