AITAN is hiring a Field Support Engineer to own the technical execution of drone-system deployments, demonstrations, and customer engagements. The role covers system transport, assembly, configuration, integration, pre-event testing, live operational support, customer training, ongoing field troubleshooting, drone operations, and documentation, while collaborating with engineering, product, and business development teams. It requires frequent domestic and international travel, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of field engineering or systems-integration experience, strong RF, networking, and drone-system knowledge, and eligibility for a US security clearance. The position is based in Mahwah, New Jersey, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
