Mitchell Martin Inc. is hiring a Field Support Level 1 contractor in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide onsite and remote IT support for outpatient imaging centers and call centers. The role covers troubleshooting, service tickets, hardware and software installation and configuration, system updates, security practices, inventory management, and preventative maintenance. Candidates need a bachelor's or associate's degree in a related technical field or equivalent IT support experience, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of PCs, printers, servers, and network operations, problem-determination ability, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel between sites.
