Dandy is hiring a Field Support Manager to travel among New York store locations and provide management support during absences, staffing transitions, and new store initiatives. The role may step into Store Manager responsibilities, lead day-to-day store operations, supervise and coach employees, recruit and train staff, maintain food safety and merchandising standards, resolve customer concerns, and support regional projects. A high school diploma or GED, retail or management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel are required or strongly preferred. The position pays $19.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and manager-level benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
