Description
Skydio is hiring a Field Support Representative to provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support to international defense and government customers. The role involves customer relationship management, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, product enablement, inspection procedures, escalation workflows, and on-the-job training. Candidates need at least three years of UAS field support experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% globally; OCONUS military experience, RMA or repair workflow familiarity, Linux experience, military maintenance practices, and security clearance are preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401K savings plan.
