Description
The Field Service Team Member performs heavy manual labor and operates mechanical equipment for Columbus Water Works field-service teams, including rodding, excavation, digging, pumping, and cleaning. The role prepares and fuels vehicles and equipment, sets up safety equipment, coordinates with construction tradespeople, and may require on-call duties on a rotating schedule. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to obtain Fort Benning Access are required; construction or pipeline construction experience is preferred, along with certification in confined-space entry, trench excavation, flagging, CPR, and first aid within one year of employment.
