Heads Up Technologies is hiring a full-time, customer-focused Field Systems Engineer to design, configure, integrate, test, and support advanced aircraft cabin systems. The role partners with customers and internal teams, develops technical documentation and system configurations, creates test procedures, supports aircraft installations and commissioning, and troubleshoots fielded systems. It requires a related engineering bachelor's degree or prior avionics technician experience, at least two years of aerospace systems engineering experience or five years as an avionics technician, strong customer engagement, and travel of up to 50 percent, including outside the United States. U.S. citizenship is required, and the position includes an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.
