Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Systems Engineer to support ALTA Photomask Laser Writer and Sigma Meltec semiconductor equipment. The role leads field service escalations, root-cause investigations, system recovery, reliability and qualification projects, engineering changes, testing, documentation, training, and cross-functional product support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 4–7 years of experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment or related advanced manufacturing systems, with domestic and international travel of up to 50%. The listed locations are Allen, Texas; Austin, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; and Santa Clara, California, with a salary range of $120,000 to $165,000.
