Description

Bechtel is seeking a Field Systems Technician to join their Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting digital/automation applications on the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The technician will deploy various automation, innovation, and AI solutions, assisting with mobile applications, configurations, troubleshooting, dashboard preparation, documentation, and user support/training. The position supports the overall digital delivery strategy to ensure site teams utilize automation tools for safe and efficient execution.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of EPC automation applications and associated work processes (e.g., installed quantities, work packaging, turnover/completions, technical correspondence) and ability to articulate construction requirements across functions.
Working knowledge of construction progress measurement processes (e.g., QURR) and related reporting practices.
Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online) for solution development and automation.
Experience with 4D planning/visualization (Synchro) and Autodesk ecosystem tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to support construction sequencing and analysis.
Experience with project turnover and completions processes, including data readiness and system handover requirements.
Experience with SQL database administration and data management
