The role involves communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel, pursuing manufacturer repair certifications, supporting district projects, and possibly performing warehouse duties. Candidates should have basic computer and networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows, ChromeOS, and macOS, strong communication skills, and an IT background; HP repair certifications are preferred.
