Description
The Field Tech/Laborer supports commercial construction projects from the ground up by performing excavation, site preparation, and demolition; operating and maintaining heavy machinery; assisting with project estimation and construction management; handling materials and logistics; and following safety protocols. The role requires hands-on physical work in all weather conditions, familiarity with construction plans, and experience in commercial construction, excavation, demolition, and heavy machinery operation.
