LG Electronics is hiring a full-time Technical and Operational Liaison based in Dublin, Ohio, to serve as the technical and operational bridge between its PRI organization, customer companies, and headquarters. The role manages escalated service cases, proprietary technical information, knowledge transfer, factory and customer-site visits, equipment setup and controls testing, preventive maintenance, production data analysis, documentation, and the day-to-day field operations of Aftermarket Field Technical Specialists. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience in automation, technical support, or site management, English-Korean bilingual ability, and strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and documentation skills. The recruiting range is $95,000 to $125,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits for full-time employees.
