Join Levata Canada as a Junior Field Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of identification systems and related technology solutions. This role involves repairing, installing, configuring, and upgrading barcode printers and identification systems, assembling computers, assessing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues via phone/email, providing training, recommending solutions, and preparing technical documentation. The technician will build customer relationships, partner with the sales team, collaborate with other technicians, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
