AGAT Laboratories is hiring a Mid Level Field Technician for its Grande Prairie, Alberta hydrocarbon field branch. The role is primarily field-based and involves hydrocarbon sampling of oil/condensate, natural gas, water, and emulsion, booking field jobs, completing paperwork, daily travel, and participation in an on-call schedule. Candidates should have a high school diploma or relevant technical training, knowledge of oilfield operations, strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; training will be provided for the right candidate.
