Darkhorse Tech is hiring a remote Field Technician for the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The role combines on-site visits to dental offices with remote technical support, covering hardware, software, printers, peripherals, imaging products, network equipment, user accounts, and routine maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, device maintenance, client training, and Saturday on-call coverage. The position requires reliable transportation, strong communication and customer-service skills, 1–2 years of technology and customer-service experience, and a preferred bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
