Description
The employer is seeking experienced lead-level Field Technicians to perform structured fiber circuit audits across active data center environments. The role involves cleaning, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting fiber circuits; identifying contamination versus physical damage; resolving faults on the first attempt; and escalating unresolvable issues. Candidates must have at least three years of hands-on fiber optic cabling experience, familiarity with LC, MPO/MTP, and SC connectors, and experience with fiber circuit audits or validations. The position requires proficiency with fiber inspection scopes, optical power meters, light sources, cleaning tools, barcode scanners, IR cards, and customer-provided logging applications, along with ESD and site safety compliance.
