The Field Water Technician will oversee water restoration and mitigation projects from assessment through completion, lead and supervise field technicians, perform water extraction and structural drying, document project progress, communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain equipment and safety compliance, and mentor junior technicians. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of water restoration or related experience, strong technical knowledge, leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
