Description
The Field Service Technician troubleshoots and repairs electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and mechanical equipment, including railjacks, forklifts, welders, and service trucks. The role also performs preventive maintenance, provides customer and office support, documents work orders, coordinates repairs and maintenance schedules, and trains others. It requires at least five years of field service experience or completion of field service technician education, the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, and willingness to travel throughout the western region and work in outdoor, noisy, and weather-exposed environments.
