Field Technician at Modern Machinery

Modern Machinery is hiring full-time, journey-level Heavy Equipment Field Service Technicians to independently troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, A/C, and power-train systems on Komatsu and affiliated equipment. The role involves field, customer-site, and shop work, diagnostic testing, parts coordination, customer communication, documentation, and travel. Candidates need at least three to five years of heavy equipment repair experience, a high school diploma, a valid Class A or B CDL, and the ability to work independently and travel. The position pays $30.00 to $50.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
