The Turbine Technician operates and maintains gas turbines and related power-generation or mechanical-drive equipment across multiple United States locations, primarily Texas and New Mexico. The role monitors turbine performance, troubleshoots controls and electrical systems, supports installation and commissioning, maintains operational records, and follows a two-week-on/two-week-off schedule with Thursday-through-Wednesday shifts and additional travel. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, electrical or mechanical generation theory or equivalent experience, at least two years of gas turbine controls, instrumentation, or electrical experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and daily in-person attendance.
