This role involves serving as a technical advisor, field mentor, and performance advocate, ensuring exceptional results for customers. The Field Technologist will be involved in business development, program transitions, training, KPI analysis, and customer engagement, traveling extensively to support operations, troubleshoot challenges, and reinforce a culture of excellence.
