MDH Network is hiring a C.A.R.E.-crew member to provide compassionate, adaptive, respectful, and empowering support to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities. The role includes implementing service and health-behavior plans, coaching and training team members, observing and supporting individuals, maintaining documentation, and participating in required training and meetings. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, two years of relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation pay, a 401(k) match, life insurance, and professional development, with a day shift from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
