DNC Facility Services is hiring a full-time, field-based Field Trainer / Quality Control Lead to train new hires, coach team leads, conduct scheduled and unannounced quality inspections, support account launches, stabilize struggling sites, and enforce cleaning standards across commercial accounts in the Ark-La-Tex region. The role requires flexible Monday-through-Friday availability, including regular evening hours, and offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
